Per descripting. See testcase for details. Regressed sometime after 1.8, although I'm not sure when; the oldest trunk build I have is 20060901, and it's broken there.

I don't see any problems with the testcase using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3 -- is it still an issue?
