from Bug 236594

on trunk, ctrl+wheel does not affect print preview window and looks like it is disabled, but in fact it bleeds through to and zooms the browser window behind it - changes the text size.  Does not happen on 1.8 branch (FF2), where mouse wheel still zooms the print preview window.
