When you move between the different pages in the installer the screen seems to 
flicker a lot. This is not true with other installer.
The same thing also happens when moving around in the "Select a directory" 
dialog after pressing "Browse..."
we have to redraw dialogs in order to display accordingly.

It seem like you are updating the entire screen, instead of just the small 
window. Is this correct?
Other installers dont display this problem.

To reproduce:
Start installer
While watching the title of the setup window (where it says Setup) click on Next 
and then Back and do this a couple of times. The title of the window, where it 
says Setup seems to start to flicker like it gets updated.
This is not the case in other installers. In other installers it's only the 
small window, where it says Welcome, that flickers.
I'm using win2000
I see this. Fixing it should be easy if I knew where the source was.

Nearly all of the windows installer bugs would be fixed if we switch to MSI.
