Whenever i want to copy information off the internet, it will not copy, cut or paste

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Firefox
2.Highlight text and copy it
3.Go to address bar or to a word/text document and paste
Actual Results:  
Nothing Happens

Expected Results:  
Paste Information Copied
