Firefox cannot be launched from other applications if using profile manager

I tested only on trunk. (2007030204-trunk/WinXP) 1. Set the default setting as the profile manager shows up at booting. 2. Set Fx to the system default browser. 3. Shutdown the Fx. 4. Double click a html file in the Explorer or Click the URL in Tb. The profile manager doesn't show up. But the process is existing. Therefore, I cannot Fx until killing the zombie process. If I don't use the profile manager, Fx is booted up normally at 4. And I cannot reproduce this bug with booting from commandline. # e.g., "firefox -url test.html" And if the Fx already exists, it works fine.

is the cause bug 370123?

This is most likely caused by bug 370123. Also, this works on the branch
