The search web page of Testopia displays the Bugzilla version of 2.22.1. Instead of showing the version of Bugzilla, the web page should show the version for Testopia

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the above mentioned URL.
2. This is the search web page for Testopia and it shows the following information: Bugzilla version 2.22.1
3.BUG: Instead of showing what version of Testopia is being used, the web page shows the version of Bugzilla that is being used.

This shows up at the top of every bugzilla page.

This is part of the bugzilla banner. We need to add Testopia to this as well. Waiting for Hook.

As of Bugzilla 3.0, this banner only appears on the Home page, which we already have the Testopia version visible. Closing.
