If one tries to pdf generation in Mac OS X using not-connected printer, 
it doesn't work (That's OK). But couldn't cancel it (That's no-no). 
Camino seems hungs up.

May be Mac OS X who should be blamed, but shouldn't be happened on any application.
Can you please be more specific with your steps?  There are a number of places in the process where there is a Cancel button.

(Generating a PDF with a non-connected printer works fine here, FWIW.)
This WFM with every place I found to cancel during the process.  Seiji, can you respond to comment 1 please?
