Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.10) Gecko/20070216 Firefox/1.5.0.10

There are two options available for IE yet none for Firefox.
1)writing-mode: tb-rl;filter: flipv fliph;
2)layout-flow: vertical-ideographic;

Supporting either or both would be nice.
I understand that in the current CSS standard nothing has been chosen as "the standard" but should be supported once CSS3 is set. Is it possible to support something until such time as a standard is selected?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add a CSS tag and view in both IE and Firfox
2.
3.
