Details

Uploading new addons is broken on preview.amo.  According to the tests, 3 directories need to be changed:

FAIL: testpermissions -> Permissions: /mnt/netapp/addons.mozilla.org-remora/files/temp writable @ line 47 (3619432)
FAIL: testpermissions -> Permissions: /mnt/netapp/addons.mozilla.org-remora/files/extracted writable @ line 48 (3619712)
FAIL: testpermissions -> Permissions: /data/www/addons.mozilla.org-remora/site/app/tests/data writable @ line 49 (3619976)

temp and extracted were not it the tarball so they were never created.  This has been fixed.
