Is this bug alive (and with component of 'xpconnect') for a reason?
jband. I'm sorry. I'm testing something. The mailnews folks have requested that
we no longer have the XPConnect component. I should have checked with you. Is
that ok with you?

That's fine with me. I was never real clear on why MailNews::XPConnect existed.
If you see legitimate XPConnect bugs then moving them to Browser::XPConnect
seems good to me. But, I'm happy with however you all decide to organize this.
