This is a new bug since release 1.1 .
I have set my preferences in Navigator > Tabbed Browsing > Link Open Behavior to "A new tab in the current window". This used to work fine, for instance when a had a Google page open and I clicked on 10 different links, I would get 10 tabs in the current window. Now however a new tab will be opened once when I click on the first link, and all other links on that Google page will open in the same window. At present the only workaround is using right click on the link, and use "open link in new tab".

Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?
