version 3.03 of the stumbleupon addon, currently deployed to addons.mozilla.org contains a couple of critical bugs.  3.04 fixes these bugs (attached)

3.04 has also been submitted to preview.addons.mozilla.org so it will show up on both.

Please address bug 362054 before we update this version. By address, I mean either give us a revised description in that bug to post (since the Dev CP is closed) or indicate why the extension is not required to display a privacy policy link, as required by http://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Shaver/AMO_Extension_Policy#Collection_of_user_data
