User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2) Gecko/20070219 Firefox/2.0.0.2
When an HTML file with a Korean name, in a folder with a Korean name, tries to load a SWF with a Korean name from that same folder, NPP_NewStream is not called in the Flash Player. This problem does not reproduce in Japanese, or if any of the steps are not followed. If only one of folder name / file names are Korean everything works fine.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unzip the sample on your desktop
2. Reboot XP into Korean
3. Drag the HTML file to a running instance of Firefox 2
Actual Results:
SWF does not play
Expected Results:
SWF plays
Flash can't fix this, as NPP_NewStream is never called
Please disregard bug.zip, KoreanBug.zip has the correct test files.

I should note here that the test works fine in the latest 1.5, but fails in the latest 2.

Do you still see this problem using latest version of Firefox and Flash (10)?
If you do, please comment.
If you do not see the problem, please close the bug - don't use resolution=FIXED, change resolution to:
- INVALID if you believe the problem was flash player
- WORKSFORME if you believe the problem was in Firefox
- INCOMPLETE if it is impossible to test (url or testcase is gone)
