I've got a report that account manager window is too narrow in TB 2 Russian Mac build.

Frankly, I've noticed that it cut off a bit on a Linux too.

This patch is tested on Linux. I haven't tested it on Mac, I don't have a one. Can anyone test it on Mac? I can try to find someone with Mac, but it take some time.

It's almost OK, but 73em should be better for Mac width.

unghost, we haven't tagged for tb2 yet so if you can get this checked in today it can still make the release. I won't have access to a mac to help test there until tomorrow (Monday) PDT.

That's OK, Marcoos already have tested this patch.

Fixed on branch.
