Attachment: Patch to make preferences window wider in Mac OS X

Following my request in our internal mailing list to get Mac OS X tests about the account manager window, I've got a reply with the preferences window cut in Mac OS X. A proposed patch is attached to this bug.

Errr... Sorry, I've got two e-mails from BugZilla regarding approval and I haven't realized that both of them referred to bug 373493, so I've committed this patch, too. If you want me to revert it, let me know (although I must go to work now and I will be unable to revert it until 16:00 GMT, more or less).

Patch landed. Sadly, further review from a Mac OS X shows that 52 is still insufficient; however, as some other TB dialogs need resizing, and TB 2.0 is set anyway, I close this bug and open another one in case we can make it for 2.0.0.1.
