Beginning with SeaMonkey build 2007031109 the cookie acceptance dialog is broken. The correct button text and one button disappeared.
"Hide details" -> "More info"
"Allow" -> is missing
"Allow for session" -> "OK"
"Deny" -> "Cancel"

Build 2007031010 is still OK.
