when i try to start thunderbird it display a box that say in the hig part close thunderbird, and inside : "thunderbird is already open but dont answer, for to open a window must close the existent thunderbird process or restart windows"

but newer i have start before thunderbird !
i try to deinstall and reinstall and clean the registry with a tool but no chage was discovered .

Sounds like either there is a lock file in your profile <kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder>, or then, there is some other problem accessing the profile it self, like if you don't have write access to the profile location.
