When running Thunderbird under KDE, some elements of the main window do not respect the current color scheme, which makes it appear pretty ugly. See attached screen shot. This is a NEW problem in TB 2.0. Release 1.5 does not have this problem. In both cases, the default theme was used.
Even more jarring, menu items change color when the mouse moves over them.
Reproducible: Always

Screen shot shows the "All Folders" label and column headings as gray. In Thunderbird 1.5, those elements are the same color as the toolbar. Also, menu items change color to gray as mouse moves over them.

Never mind. This seems to happen only when Thunderbird is started from the console. When launched directly via KDE, the colors look fine. (Weird!)
