Trying to read a story on msnbc.com. Half way down the page, there is a box titled, "Fact File: Firing US Prosecutors Memo" ... to its right is a "Photo Features" box. The photo features box overlaps onto the fact file box causing text to be unreadable.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17607199/
2. scroll down a little more than half way
3. observe the boxes
Actual Results:
boxes overlapped
Expected Results:
boxes not to be overlapped

This doesn't happen if you bump your font size up a little bit. (Whether it takes one or two attempts depends on the original default font size.)
That leads me to think that this is a bug in the site that the designers did not take into account. (It happens in Firefox with an appropriately small default font size, too.) As such, it should be resolved INVALID.
Please complain to the webmaster.

Their layout assumes that those things won't be next to eachother, and uses some fixed width sizing that doesn't work out if they are. Lots of sites aren't tested at various font sizes by their designers, unfortunately.
