When I quit firefox and there are multiple tabs in multiple windows open, that require saved security data, like logins and passwords, then start it again, there will be multiple "Password required" dialogs asking for the master passwords.

The password should be asked only once.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open several windows ands tabs with saved security items, like HTTP logins and form passwords
2. quit firefox (have session saving turned on)
3. start firefox
Actual Results:  
more than one dialog asking for the master password

Expected Results:  
only one dialog asking for the master password
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
