373988 - Not all AMO users are extension authors

The user info page still seems to assume that any registered AMO user is an extension author. The URL goes to the profile of a user who didn't publish any extensions - probably only registered to comment. Still, his information is titled "Author Profile" and below it is an (empty) section "Add-ons by Bamm Gabriana".

Suggestion: replace "Author Profile" by "User Profile" (as has been done in the German translation already) and only show the add-ons section if there is something to be shown.

I concur. That was pretty easily fixable: SVN r2646.

This isn't the way to go about fixing bugs, as it will introduce differences between translations. A new string should be implemented if some text needs to be changed in English.
