QA in preparation for TB2.0 has turned up a couple of problems which are dealt with the attached patch:
(1) account settings dialog is too narrow
(2) two different translations of "Forward" are needed in Irish, depending on whether it's navigation or forwarding a message

fixes for widths
[ga-IE] approval for "forward" translation and dialog sized approved for tb2. Please land ASAP and use the fixed1.8.1.4 and verified1.8.1.4 keywords to track landing and testing.
