I can get to jigzone but I cannot open a puzzle now I am using Vista. In XP it works

And you have java installed?
Probably an issue with Java, to to this website->http://www.javatester.org/version.html and report which version of Java you are using. Also check the FAQ->http://www.jigzone.com/faq/help.php as it does note other things that might cause issues. WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/2007030919 Firefox/2.0.0.3.
I it were that easy, but JigZone works perfectly in IE7. The message I get from Firefox after the program freezes is: I already have the ;latest version of Firefox. No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
