The navigation bar under the CodeGear banner does not appear to be rendered properly. It works in IE 6 and is reported to work in FireFox.

The problem should be clear to the user.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the web page.
2.Try to read or use the navigation bar below the CodeGear banner.
3.
Classic Theme, No extensions. Broken with and without Quick Launch.
Also fails on different computers with a different display adapter.
Currently using NVIDIA GeForce 6600 with driver 93.71.

I believe this bug belongs in Tech Evangelism. (The web site markup has problems that prevent Firefox and SeaMonkey from working with the site as desired.)
The first thing I noticed is that the 'id' values don't start with a letter.

The page and navigation works exactly as with opera.
