As it seems the addon is in sandbox but the files are public. Actually it's a recommended addon and when you get it on the sandbox root page there is a pink install box. This happens with other addons as well, go to http://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addons/home/status:1 and click the recommended addon's name to view its page. Reproducible: Sometimes

we are going to run a query on the db to make all "public" files that belong to a sandboxed addon sandboxed, they shouldn't be public.
This bug will be fixed as soon as bug 375229 is.
