High CPU usage for the rolling images

Details
Here is Firefox 2.0.0.2 on Solaris Nevada b56 x86 box.
When I went to a Chinese sports website(http://sports.sina.com.cn/z/chinaoverseas/), the CPU usage raised up to about 15-25%, and Xorg also climbed up to about 20-30%. After some investigation, it seems that the CPU usage is related to the rolling images in the page.
It can be also reproduced with Firefox 2.0 on Solaris Nevada and Firefox 2.0.0.1 on Ubuntu.
Anything we can do to improve this?
