User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Any multi line link that has a background color change on CSS :hover will cause the text that follows to render like badly aliased text. Every time you hover on the link, the non-link text gets worse and worse. See http://shared.snapgrid.com/fontexample.html with FF Mac to see it happen. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://shared.snapgrid.com/fontexample.html 2. Hover over the link several times 3. Note how the non linked text looks really bad Actual Results: The text following the link renders poorly. Expected Results: The text should have rendered normally. See http://shared.snapgrid.com/images/ffscreen.png for a screenshot.
Luckily, it's fixed on the trunk by the switch to Cairo for gfx.
