Every time you hover on the link, the non-link text gets worse and worse. See http://shared.snapgrid.com/fontexample.html with FF Mac to see it happen. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://shared.snapgrid.com/fontexample.html 2. Hover over the link several times 3. Note how the non linked text looks really bad Actual Results: The text following the link renders poorly. Luckily, it's fixed on the trunk by the switch to Cairo for gfx.
