this is from Dougt. And I also think it's a nice UI.

For example, via the joey button, enable this mode

then when you move you mouse aroudn on the page, we select teh smallest div.
then when you click in that div, that is what we create as the microsummary.

yeah, so here is the deal...

we should remove the dialog that allows you to select a div.  I think a cleaner approach would be to do something that allows you to highlight the specific div's on a page.  I have seen a few extensions/addons do this, so it is possible.  Also, i think that the dom inspector can do this sort of thing.

Use Cases I am testing and fixing now:

[1] Enable; -- Mouse third button should disable this mode. 
[2] Enable; Kill the document; -- Should properly bring the Menu item back and ability to restart again.
[3] Enable; -- Menu item should appear as disabled.
[4] Enable; Go to other document; Enable; -- should work.

These may cover the basic usability.

The end-user feature is ready and it's not in the dialog anymore. We may get bugs on this feature ( related micro summary generation process ) but that should be in other story.
