it looks like the thunderbird page but the text says something like "... to extend firefox ..." (translated from german, original "Erweiterungen sind kleine Add-ons, die den Funktionsumfang von Firefox vergrößern")
Browsing add-ons shows (only) firefox-extensions, like for instance:

That's because it's a translation of http://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Shaver/Remora_Categories (by me and I would recommend to always talk about 'application' instead of 'Firefox').

Wrong filtering in the extensions list is bug 374067. So this bug should be either resolved as a duplicate or renamed to deal only with the wrong description issue. The text mentions Firefox in the English version as well: http://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/browse/type:1. Note that http://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/ gets it right.

I will resolve this as a duplicate of bug 375089 - it has been filed later but doesn't mix two issues, so it is easier to read.
