Right now Camino "feedback" via Hendrix gets lost; no-one remembers to dig through m.feedback on a regular basis, partly because it's "out there, out of sight" and partly because there's already a more appropriate place for Camino feedback: caminofeedback@m.o

Furthermore, the types of "feedback" about Camino in Hendrix are generally either specific bug reports or support requests (which really would benefit from a reply or an email exchange) rather than simply normal feedback.

It would be better for everyone (Camino users sending feedback via Hendrix and the Camino team) if any feedback items from Hendrix about Camino were sent to caminofeedback@m.o instead.

Assuming that mozilla.feedback has a mailing list equivalent, one way around this would be to set up something which subscribes to the list, filters the messages based on the product concerned, and forwards them on.

Otherwise, we could modify Hendrix to send different types of feedback to different places. It's not an entirely trivial change, though.

Each message has an "X-Hendrix-Product:" header; so anyone should be able to create their own product-specific feedback address.
