I already have a CVS account, but will also need an SVN account as well. Also note that I do have issues with my CVS checkins. See bug 370161

Actually it does - having a cvs account negates the need for a contributer form as you already have it. All we need is a voucher or two, and we'll be set.
Whiteboard: waiting for vouchers
I vouch, twice if it helps. :)

Granted svn access using your cvs public key. You might still need write perms on specific components within svn. Please re-open the bug with the subtrees you will be working on if you have problems checking in. Your svn account uses your mozilla.com e-mail address mfinkle@mozilla.com

My account appears to be functional, but I am not able to add files to "projects/xul-explorer" which is the project I'll be working on. if it matters, preed added the initial folders to xul-explorer

Should have r/w access to projects/xul-explorer now.

I am still unable to commit changes to the xul-explorer SVN repo. I am able to checkout, but unable to commit. I am using a Windows client. I have Putty/Pageant setup and I am using TortoiseSVN. I also tried using MSYS on Windows too. Commits fail in both cases. I am still searching Google for more information on getting svn+ssh working on Windows.

Can you try this from a linux/unix box? That way we can at least ensure that stuff works at least on our end?
Are there any errors in logs on the svn server? If he can check out over svn+ssh, it seems like it would be relatively unlikely that not being able to commit would be a problem on his end, I would _guess_.

I only see his key being accepted normally, which is why I asked for this to be tested on a unix env (so I can see what the error messages are).
The acl on the server was incorrect. I had given permissions to projects/xul-explorer, when it should have been /projects/xul-explorer. /me should learn not to blame windows automatically. Sorry, it took me this long to actually fix it!
