Actual Results:  The browser crashes.

Expected Results:  The browser shouldn't crash.

can't confirm this at the moment, but adding crash kw

reporter, can you provide any details of the crash? error message, console 
output, dr watson, talkbalk, stack trace, anything?

   Sure, I'll attach three screenshots. But the talkback server is dead, and I 
didn't know that Mozilla for Win32 can generate console output.

Change the summary to "document.write meta charset in frame cause Mozilla to 
crash". This is a known issue that vidur's code in nsHTMLDocument pass 32 bit 
interger instead of a nsIDocument to the parser and later we cast it to the 
nsIDocument which cause the crash. Reassign this to harishd.

The crash has been fixed. The nsIWebShellService is now accessed through 
nsISupportsParserBundlle.
