Change the summary to "document.write meta charset in frame cause Mozilla to crash". This is a known issue that vidur's code in nsHTMLDocument pass 32 bit interger instead of a nsIDocument to the parser and later we cast it to the nsIDocument which cause the crash. Reassign this to harishd.
