Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla
2. Open http://www.edecon.ro/test4.html
3. Press OK

Actual Results:  The browser crashes.

Expected Results:  The browser shouldn't crash.

   Sure, I'll attach three screenshots. But the talkback server is dead, and I 
didn't know that Mozilla for Win32 can generate console output.
Change the summary to "document.write meta charset in frame cause Mozilla to 
crash". This is a known issue that vidur's code in nsHTMLDocument pass 32 bit 
interger instead of a nsIDocument to the parser and later we cast it to the 
nsIDocument which cause the crash. Reassign this to harishd.
