As you can see in this testcase page (for an older bug) the css cursors are not working as you'd expect.  Some that don't show up: help, ne-resize, se-resize, sw-resize, se-resize, col-resize, row-resize, and more.  Additionally, the cursor seems to get stuck on the previous cursor when moving over the above cursors.
