Open the URL above, the release date for all extensions is shown as "December 31, 1969".
This is a view bug, caused by the publish() function converting entities in the mysql datetime format which then confuses strtotime().

There is a fix that will get pushed tomorrow.  I believe it was committed in r2910 by wenzel.
