Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3
On Fedora Core 4, Firefox 2.0.0.3, when following the url:
http://freshmeat.net/redir/pydbdesigner/34899/url_homepage/pydbdesigner.sourceforge.net
... Firefox is not responsive anymore and the CPU hits 100%. This happens systematically. Flash is not installed, thus it is not the problem.
Reproducible: Always

works for me in Fedora Core 6 with recent debug builds of Bon Echo and Minefield as well as with Firefox 2.0.0.3 release. My guess is an extension. Try safe mode <http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode> and the selectively disable extensions to find the culprit.

Works for me too with Firefox 3.0B5. No issues anymore.
