Look at the attachment. After migration from 1.5, the old dictionaries were gone (ok), but the new english one is not automatically selected (it is there if you click the drop down).
I could not reproduce with a clean profile.

Confirmed by friend. No dictionary was selected, but the box not collapsed. He doesn't use the default skin.
