Details

Right now we don't have explicit procedure for revoking CVS access. Generally I dislike creating policies without a clear need, and I'm not sure we've beens struggling to deal with committers who access should be revoked. But, this is one case where having the procedure ready to go when we need it seems worthwhile to me. Discussion of this, plus review of the proposed procedure when we have one, will occur on the mozilla.governance newsgroup.
