375871 - Update mn locale for Sunbird 0.5 / Lightning 0.5 release

Hi,

the mn locale was shipped with 0.3.1 release and is listed in 
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla1.8/source/calendar/locales/shipped-locales

According to the l10n tinderbox http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/Mozilla1.8-l10n-mn/ the locale is not yet updated for the 0.5 release.

I'd like you to update your locale so that it can ship with the next release.

Depends also on Bug 370890?

It looks like there is also one encoding error that makes the win32 build fail. Extract from the logfile:

Hi Stefan,

sorry for late reply. I've updated mn locale so that it can shipped with the next release ;)
I've also fixed the encoding error. ( changed by replacing UTF-8 chars with Ascii chars. We only use UTF-8. )

mn Sunbird tinderboxen are green now.
