Most Windows programs let you select text using Shift plus the arrow (cursor) keys or editing (home, end, page up, page down) keys. In Firefox, Shift+arrow keys works, but Shift+Page Up and Shift+Page Down don't. I should be able to click anywhere inside a document and then press Shift+Page Down to select the next page worth of text. This seems to work inside a textarea, but not in normal body text. For example, try opening a Bugzilla bug and click inside an old comment. You'll notice that Shift+Right selects the next character to the right, but Shift+Page Down does nothing. I think this was supposed to have been fixed in bug 4302. I'm not sure if this used to work in Firefox. It may be a regression around version 2.0 or it may be an extension I'm using (seems unlikely, but will test).
