The bookmarks should be allowed to tile and scrollable, just like the tabs, rather than only being on one field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Make a bunch of bookmarks until they can't all be displayed on one field.
Actual Results:  
The bookmarks must be sorted through in a scroll down menu.

Expected Results:  
For the bookmarks to tile to a desired length set by the user and for the default tiling length to be set at two.
