Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Fx2.0.0.3
2.Execute talkback.exe
3.Click Help - SupportSoft Software on the Web
Actual Results:  
www.fullcircle.com is still exist, but it seems to be no longer maintenanced by SupportSoft Software Inc. because fullcircle.com domain is now on sale.

Expected Results:  
Link should be available web page of SupportSoft Software.

But in the end, it doesn't matter, because Talkback will be replaced with a new system called Breakpad (its used to be called Airbag, but the name was changed). See <http://blog.mozilla.com/webdev/2007/01/11/what-can-airbag-do-for-you/>.
