Uninstalled plugins leave icons in the customize menu box.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install session manager.
2. Uinstall session manager.
Actual Results:
The session manager icon remains in the customize menu box.
Expected Results:
For the session manager icon to be deleted.
Was confusing.

I'm unable to reproduce this. After restarting firefox after selecting to uninstall session manager, it's icon is no longer in the customize toolbar dialog.

I would suggest that you havent completely uninstalled Session Manager. Check for its entry in tools - addons.
You're right I realized it while looking at tabmix. The two programs are apart of each other or something.
