able to rename a saved search with rename context menu, but not from name field in search dialog (if I do context menu properties)

the name field is disabled.
I saw this today while testing the Tbird candidate build. This is the kind of polish bug that would be good to catch if we do another RC. I think from a consistency standpoint if would be better to have it editable in both places.
also confirmed on linux by aleksej during bugday, so changing from xp to all

David, do you recall if there is a purpose for this to be disabled in properties? (this is also on trunk)

Maybe code duplication? Checking if new name of saved search folder is valid/allowed may be more extensive than for a normal folder.

But for consistency, normal folders can be renamed both from Rename and Properties.
