It sounds like we have everything in place to upload symbols from fx-win32-tbox to stage.  We should flip the switch and get this going.

I'd use a FQDN for AIRBAG_SYMBOL_SERVER, but otherwise looks good.

As discussed on IRC, we're gonna use the change in bug 376046 to handle the ssh key.

Same as before, but explicitly specify the ssh private key to use.

All of the tinderbox code is already in.  I renamed the env vars in bug 376046, but that only affected the upload script.

I just can't catch a break.  I messed up with bash's order of expansion, so the tilde wasn't getting expanded.  We'll have to explicitly specify the full path to the ssh key.

Use $ENV{HOME} instead of ~.  This should work properly.
