Let's say you're on www.imageshack.us and you're about to upload an image, so you click the browse button to pick a file. While the browse window is open, you open another copy of Firefox only to find that the links toolbar is blank.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Imageshack.us (or any website that lets you upload stuff from your computer) and click browse. Do not close the browse window.
2. Open a fresh copy of Firefox while the browse window on the other copy of Firefox is still running.
3. Observer that the new copy of Firefox you've opened is missing all the links you'd normally have on your links toolbar.
Actual Results:
The links disappeared from the links toolbar.

Expected Results:
The links should not disappear from the links toolbar.

I'm running Windows XP with the Silver theme (as opposed to the blue theme), though I doubt it makes a difference.
