When I sort a message list by Date, I always seem to wind up looking at the middle of the message list, so I have to scroll.  I want to always be looking the the bottom of the list.  although I guess someone might want the top of the list, I'd take that also as neither one reqires scrolling.  I guess it's keeping the currently selected message in the field of view, but there's no need to do that, clearly the user no longer cares about that message.

Reporter, does this issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is now 2.0.0.17)
