Initial view of the above URL misses the background table cells at the ends of the search button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://likeminds.whirlwindmatch.com/services/smallads/searchresults.do?values(PostCode)=CB4&values(wantCategories)=&categoryAttrName=wantCategories
2. Button appears with square ends
3. Resize browser so that button is wrapped on to line below (or Using WebDev tool bar, Ctrl-Shift-Y (View Style Info) and hover over button.
4. Ends appear

5. Can now make ends disappear by hitting search with no postcode in input box.
or.. by using Web Dev Toolbar's Edit CSS function, and modifying something to cause a re-render.


Expected Results:  
Layout should appear correctly first time.

For completeness on this, I've just checked that the bug wasn't a side effect of things like Firebug and the Web Developer Toolbar.  Under 2.0.3. it is evident when those extensions are disabled.
