There are various Makefile.in that are generated in mailnews/.../resource directories, some of these directories are entered during a make for mailnews, some of them aren't. However the ones I'm attaching are all redundant as there are no jar.mn files alongside them (they are included from SM's top level mailnews/jar.mn or the equivalent in TB). So we may as well drop the makefiles and save us the build time. This also updates the mailnews/makefiles so we generate the correct makefiles at the start of the build.
