It would be nice to add some duality to the Reply button in a compose window in Tbird.  

For example, in Mac Mail, if a user decides to Reply to a message and then, while composing, chooses to Reply All to the users copied on the original email, the user can click on Reply All, and all those CC'ed on the original message will appear in the CC field.  It would be nice to have one button in Tbird that allows a user to toggle between replying to the sender and replying to all who are CC'ed when composing.

Would be nice.. seems like a dupe of bug 248681.

Yes, this looks like the same feature request as bug 248681.  I'd love to see it -- it would save me the Ctrl-A-C-W-Shift-R-A-V routine whenever I want to switch from Reply to Reply All.
