Attached patch patchSplinter Review
This patch adds a command line option -Q or --noquitinthandler to jsDriver.pl to not install the interactive interrupt handler that prompts the user whether to Quit, Recover or Continue. This is useful in automated tests where the prompt is redirected to a log file and where an interrupt is meant to stop the running script.

Note, I removed the setting on the int_handler in the eval block where the timeout alarm handler is set. It may also be desirable to re-add the handler in int_handler in the event the user does not request to quit, but I didn't do that in this patch.
